There was quite a lot of testing done by people in #hurd.  Some people
use a >2GB partition as root partition, IIRC.

Can you tell us how people can help you?  Testing?  Bug reports?  etc...

What are the main problems?

I don't really know how it works for diplom thesises, can we help a
bit?
