Is "it got lost" or "we are a lazy bunch" a acceptable reason?

   Also, for my future reference, if you could tell me the proper
   address for submissions like this (bug-hurd?  web-hurd?
   help-hurd?), I'll better know where to direct folks in the future.

For anything concerning the web pages, web-hurd.  If it is not a bug
report, or a help request then I would probably suggest help-bug.
