Details:
Carbon Emacs built with current CVS crash if I use MacUIM as a input method
component. This is because MacUIM try to get kEventTextInputOffsetToPos
information at the startup, but Emacs haven't yet created echo area window at
the time and this causes crash in f = WINDOW_XFRAME (w) with w with NULL.
