Summary:  spartan style file not found when compiled with 
--disable-fallback-styles

Original Submission:  Something is wrong with the --spartan command line 
argument.

I think this is because --spartan is equal to --ad=spartan.ad,
so --spartan should be equivalent with --ad=$(libdir)/spartan.ad

I think this is easy to fix.
