Notice also this:
substitute: warning: ACL for archive imports seems to be uninitialized,
substitutes may be unavailable

So it looks like your system does not authorise our substitute server,
and as Simon noticed, the place from which Guix ends up downloading the
source code of gnutls serves a file with a different hash.

I am closing this as probably not a bug in Guix.
