Maybe try:

   guix gc -D 
/gnu/store/a3ll4zf4fnv81fr307f5cips3dda6gb4-config-0.0.0-1.c8ddc84.drv

then re-run

    guix time-machine --commit=aa5e0307137dd68279fc8b02ac623386208458cd \
        -- time-machine --commit=2e8b4f9bfa00489fd3acff305837a79af236e183 \
        -- help
