bug#33365: Package 'direnv' fails to build

Dear Guix maintainers,

after today's "guix pull", I could not update my profile because the
tests of package "direnv" fail. The relevant part of the build log is
attached below. This looks like it might be related to the recent update
of Go to 1.11.
