Currently you’d have to do:
guix package -i `guix build -s i686-linux gcc-toolchain`
which is not ideal.

Yeah. The problem is that currently we don’t build glibc with multilib
support. Something for the next ‘core-updates’ cycle if you feel like
working on it! :-)
