Yes, that sounds great. (Do we currently support OS X, by the way!?)

OK, I've updated the TODO file (and structured it for emacs todoo-mode).

On a side note, one point in the TODO list caught my eye: do you really
want to work on multi-byte support other than UTF-8 for 2.10? It just
doesn't seem like a high priority!  :o)
