   A lot of these question are answered by installing the
   software and seeing how its done. It's only 14 meg. Try it,
   you don't have to actually install its products. discuss it
   at address@hidden

The instructions at <https://www.gnu.org/software/gsrc> use some
bzr commands. I felt discouraged from memories of Bazaar
crashing my computer (back when Emacs was under Bazaar) w/o
fail.  Luckily, <https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/gsrc/> shows
a link to the Git repo and a command to check out said repo. I
ran it but unfortunately, this is what happened:

 $ git clone https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/gsrc.git
 Cloning into 'gsrc'...
 warning: Sembra che tu abbia clonato un repository vuoto.
 Checking connectivity... fatto.

Although the command exited successfully, the warning says it
all (in English: "it seems you have cloned an empty repo");
nothing in gsrc/ except .git/ (and its normal admin files).
Rats.

Could you please either:

 (a) enable the Bazaar-to-Git repo mirroring
     (or whatever the process is called), or

 (b) remove the link from the project page
     so that it does not fool others?

(In the meantime, i'll try the ‘bzr clone’ command. GSRC is not
a beast like Emacs, so maybe all will go well this time --
fingers crossed!)
