This is because node "Technical information" should be a chapter,
not an appendix.
Moreover, node "Anatomy of a GSRC Makefile" should be a chapter
instead of a section. And nodes "Metadata variables", "Build
variables", "Build recipes", "A simple example" and "A complex
example" should be sections instead of subsections.
