This is one of those same cases, where a new maintainer (Delyan Raychev)
came forward with the best intentions (apparently he uses it at his
job), in June 2010.  I and others have written him periodically ever
since about bringing something to fruition, he usually replies hoping to
make more time for it "soon", but ... latest contact was in May 2012.

If he doesn't get back to you this time, let me know and I'll write him
again to say he needs to get it going or give it up.

FWIW, rms was ready to decommission oleo at one point, as I recall.
Would anyone actually use it instead of one of the other spreadsheet
programs these days?
