I submitted in 2022 a patch against 2.7 to add complex versions of tridiagonal
solvers, see https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?60457 - is there some flaw in
these patches that has led to them being entirely ignored?

It would be helpful to myself and others to know what is required.
