                  Status:                    None => Works For Me

Running the supplied program on Windows x64 gives:

  0     4 -2.000e-001  5.000e-012  5.000e-012  2.000e-001
  1     5  0.000e+000  0.000e+000  0.000e+000  0.000e+000
# Converged
# f(x_l) =  0.0000e+000, f(x_h) =  0.0000e+000

so I cannot reproduce the results set out in this report.
