[Bug-gsl] bugs in gsl

Dear Sir
I try to copile the gsl library on MSYS/MINGW and some errors appear, 
wich are not listed in the INSTALL file, in sort, in integration, and, 
as listed in the INSTALL file, in monte.

So I send you :
-the result of the "make check" (screen copy of errors) 
:result-make-check.txt
-the log file of the gsl installation: config.log
-Informations on the system that I use: system.txt

I hope this will be usefull.
