Dear GSL group,
Thank you very much for your work on GSL. I use it much in Octave.
I think it would be great if you could improve the GSL routines
for computations of exponential integrals so that they can accept
complex arguments too. A good algorithm for this was published in
ACM Transactions on Mathematical Software
