[Bug-gsl] make check fails on sort with icc

Hi,

I have compiled gsl 1.10 with the intel compilers and ran the make check
procedure.  The check appears to fail on the sort algorithms.

I configured gsl in the following way

./configure --prefix /opt/gsl CC=icc CXX=icpc

make check gives me (turning on the debug output)

FAIL: indexing gsl_vector_char, n = 128, stride = 1, ordered [19999]
