Hello:
I am trying to create pdf versions of the documentation in the doc
directory, using the command:
make pdf
Unfortunately this dies with the following message:
Error: pdfetex (file fft-complex-radix2-t.pdf): cannot find image file
==> Fatal error occurred, the output PDF file is not finished!
It looks like there are a bunch of images that are missing from the
distribution.
