[Bug-gsl] Unit Error

In gsl-1.3 the file gsl_const_cgs.h in the const subdirectory contains a wrong 
value of the
Bohr magneton 
in the file it is 
#define GSL_CONST_CGS_BOHR_MAGNETON (9.27400899e-20) /* A cm^2 */
but should read
#define GSL_CONST_CGS_BOHR_MAGNETON (9.27400899e-21) /* A cm^2 */ 

and could be useful to add /* erg/gaus */ as a comment.
