Thanks for the bug report. It's a valid bug, gsl_chebyshev.h should
#include gsl_math.h to define gsl_function but does not. I'll fix it
in the next release. In the meantime put a #include for gsl_math.h
before the #include gsl_chebyshev.h to workaround the problem.
