Hello,
>From my experience, grub in UEFI uses GOP driver to displays. So you may need
to test your device.
In grub menu entry, press "c" key to enter grub command line mode. Input a
command "videoinfo" and press "Enter" key.
I guess your GOP driver supports 1080 at most.
