Details:

I am running on an Intel SR1625URR with an LSI MegaRAID SAS 9240-4i RAID
controller, and booting from a USB stick (for a specific reason not relevant
to this bug).

Boot without EFI works fine. Boot using all the same software on machines with
different hardware also works fine.

Boot via EFI fails, but only in that the RAID controller fails to initialise
and hence disks controlled by it are inaccessible after boot - everything
else, including CentOS Linux and desktop loaded from the USB stick, works
fine.

I attach the output of the messages with both methods of boot.

If there are any other specific steps that would help you please let me know.

*bad is when trying to boot via EFI, *good is when booting via non-EFI
methods. The contents of the EFI partition is also attached.
