Grub error in douboot Vista-Linux Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx

It is probably already common knowledge: There is a bug in ´Grub´  
concerning the working of the boot menu in duo or multi boot situations.  
After updating Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04, Windows Vista no longer boot after  
menu choice. Has this not been checked before distributing this version?  
Some people now have a serious problem.
