Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26773 (project grub):
Ok. I'll need until next week to try that. Also, grub2 doesn't seem to be
used widely. Even Gentoo unstable masks it, and I'm not going to risk a live
system. Can you suggest a distro that uses grub2 by default?
Also, I'm not terribly worried about this bug being fixed. Besides OGP, what
other graphics card would not support VGA graphics? It can be argued that
we're the broken ones, not grub.
