RE: Splash image not showing with hidden menu

Hello!
Issues concerning GRUB2 are normally settled using the lists for GRUB2, such
as Help-Grub (or Grub-Help) and the one for developer questions. Both as it
happens are on the same place on the GNU site where you might have found
this one.  (www.nabble.com may not be aware of the fact that there are three
lists running.) This list is for any issues still present on Grub-Legacy.

That being stated, you would need to present your configuration files, and
of course what distribution of Linux you are using.
