Details:

Hi,
the file netboot/cs89x0.txt
contains following statement:

"Permission is granted to distribute the enclosed cs89x0.[ch] driver
only in conjunction with the Etherboot package.  The code is
ordinarily distributed under the GPL."

Can you please find out if it is ok to redistribute this file with grub or
remove it otherwise.
