Patch to enable ADMTek 983 NIC to netboot

Hi There, I recently needed to use the network facilities of grub on a
Toshiba 1710CDS laptop, fitted with an ADMTek 983 NIC. The tulip driver
that comes with the last version of grub does not support this card but
etherboot does. Attached is a patch that includes the id of the NIC
(applied to both tulip.c and config.c). Hope this is of use to someone.
