Add an entry to the FAQ

Hi,
I just recently ran into the issue of needing to uninstall GRUB from the 
Windows XP recovery console. fdisk /mbr will not work while you're in 
here, but using the command fixmbr does. It'd be great if you could add 
that command so when this happens to someone again, they won't have to 
Google around for an answer like I did.
