Summary:  BUG and FIX: the user intervention with the fallback

Original Submission:  Current behavior: When the fallback setting is enabled, 
the user have to press a key if the kernel file didn't exist. This is a bug: 
grub have to go to the fallback entry without any user intervention, but it 
didn't.

The fix: the following patch resolved the bug.
