Have you considered a stack overflow?
While I was reading up on PXE/UNDI I read somewhere
that the stack was small...
I also noticed the ISR being called recursively.
(using etherboot boot disk image for undi downloaded over pxe)
I think the error was "ISR thinks it's called twice"...
(on EEPRO100)
