Hi Rafael,

the answer depends on the type of partition of D: and the
file system of C: (where W2K lives on). If W2K is on a
NTFS partition, and if is a primary partition, the there
is no problem, since W95 won't see the NTFS partition (AFAIK, 
but not from my own experirence), so you could create a 
second primary partition and put W95 on it. If W2K lives 
on a FAT partition you have to fiddle a bit, but that is 
documented in the manual.

If D: is an extended partition, resize it upward and
create the second primary.
