By this I guess you mean you want to get you system back into a
working state.
I would probably try booting off your original Linux installation
media and rerunning the GRUB setup from it. You should be able to get
to a command prompt from the installation. Once you've got a command
prompt you should be able to follow the instructions from the manual:
