Spam on list

Have any of you noticed the increased junk mail on this list, in a
non-English language? It is being sent out in the HTML format. Since I
rarely see  mail in that format on this list, except from the newly
arrived users of GRUB, can the administrative settings for the list be
reset to bounce mail that's sent using that format?

On a personal note, I am seeing an increased amount of that form of
mail coming to me, as well, it is only being sent to the two addresses
that I have subscribed to this list. How are the addresses stored in
the archives? Can they be obscured?
