Summary: Req: "vendor-class-identifier" string in grub's DHCP request
Original Submission: I currently look for the PXEClient
vendor-class-identifier during the PXE DHCP boot to give out IPs in a certain
range with certain information tags.
GRUB then does its own DHCP request that doesn't have the identifier
("GRUBClient" would be fine), so I can't tell it comes from a GRUB boot and I
can't then figure out to send it a configuration file tailored for it.
If there's a better way to do this please let me know. If I could keep my IP
address obtained during the PXE boot I would be happy.
