BugCommunicator as a GRUB BTS

As you might know, I have been working on a bug tracking system,
because I don't think that of Savannah is very good for us. It is
named "BugCommunicator" or shortly "bugcomm". The homepage is
<http://www.nongnu.org/pupa/bugcomm.html>.

Thanks to assistance of NIIBE Yutaka (aka gniibe), BugCommunicator has
a BTS which runs BugCommunicator itself at the URL
<http://bugcomm.enbug.org/>.

What I want to say in this mail is that now might be a good time when
we start using BugCommunicator as a GRUB BTS instead of Savannah's,
because it is more or less stable during testing, although it still
lacks some features I want to have. If no one objects, I'll register
GRUB on it.

Okuji
