Help! Win98/RedHat7.2 dualboot problems w/ grub

Hi:
   I am a  Linux newbie. I just installed RedHat 7.2 on my laptop
running win98, and installed Grub as the boot loader.
The windows fat32 partition is /dev/hda1
and the linux, boot, / and swap partitions follow

When booting up,  grub comes up with the options to
choose between linux and windows and linux boots fine, but
when I choose thewindows option it gives
me an error saying
 ERROR: Unable to control A20 line, XMS Driver not installed
 HIMEM.SYS is missing

I find HIMEM.SYS in the C:\WINDOWS\ Directory,
so I'm not sure what happened...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
