sorry to bring bad news... I am not sure what to apply that patch to... 0.91 is too old cvs head is too new so i got the cvs head (which appears to contain the patch) and built that. I'm able to do the install without warning using grub-install but i just get a message about loading stage 1.5 on reboot had to go back to .91 to boot. brad
