To filter out Russian spam remove messages containing "X-EM-Version:" in
the beginning of string in the header.  It's absolutely safe to send them
to /dev/null - no legitimate messages have this header.  You can put this
to .procmailrc:

:0:
* ^X-EM-Version:
/dev/null

Unfortunately, Mailman (the mailing list manager used for this list)
cannot discard messages based on filters.  It only can put messages on
hold, but human intervention is needed to discard those messages.

I'm sorry for my compatriots wasting your time :-(
