Hello,
I hate floppies ;) Hence, I'd like to make a grub boot-CD. I've tried two
approaches; creating an El Torito CD and burning the stage files to the CD
with no additional data (i.e. same method used to create boot floppies).
In the first case stage1 boots, but it can't load stage2 ("Geom Error",
which isn't all that surprising). In the second case, the BIOS won't boot
stage1 at all.
Is there any way to make grub bootable from CD?
Thanks!
