Windoze 2000 booting problem.

I got GRUB installed on the bootable hda3 (not 
the MBR) in order to run Windows2k as well. The 
problem is, that when I edit the grub config file 
to boot Win2k, it succeds, but... the next time i 
boot my computer it goes directly to Windoze and 
the linux (boots from hda1). I guess it's because 
the grub script sets this partition as bootable 
(makeacive?) and it stays like that... can anyone 
help me? i't pretty annoying to boot Linux from a 
floppy... slooow... THX.
