Yes, i upgraded, and it worked, ...

Sorry for the false alarm ...

But, is it possible that apt-get upgraded grub without me noticing, and that a
later setup from me installed a mismatched grub, since i didn't copy the grub
stuff to /boot/grub ?

Also, how do i enable the french keyboard under the grub boot shell ?

should i redefine it using the key mapping stuff for each key, or is an easier
way of doing this ?
