This looks like it would be pretty easy, a matter of restoring
`hyphenation_language` to the null pointer it starts life as.
This might be a cleaner (if _groff_-specific) way of disabling hyphenation
without getting bogged down in the details of the AT&T _troff_ "hyphenation
mode" feature.
