    [libxutil]: Fix Savannah #63831.
    
    * src/libs/libxutil/XFontName.c (utoa): Rename function from this...
    
      (xu_utoa): ...to this, to avoid name collision when using "newlib"
      portability library.
    
      (XFormatFontName): Update call site.
    
    * PROBLEMS: Drop item.
