This feature is a mess.
* The DWB 3.3 mm manual says that paragraphs of semi-blocked letters (`.LT
SB`) get a first-line indentation of 3 ens.
* groff_mm(7) says they get 5 ens.
* groff mm's actual implementation uses 5 _ems_ (twice as much as
documented).
Finally, I wonder why in the hell it didn't occur to anyone to just use the
amount stored in the `Pi` register, so the user could configure it.
