I had a fallback definition of `MR` in my /etc/groff/man.local file so when I
_thought_ I was testing it, I wasn't. The branch inside the `@@` macro to
define the `MR` macro was never being taken.

Might be cleanest to just revert that commit and re-commit with a fixed sed
script.
