[bug #63589] spelling mistakes found by codespell

Like Keith Marshall, I'm disinclined to change these.  The spelling with the
hyphen is old-fashioned (albeit less so than "to-day"), and its form is an
ersatz replacement for the clearer and more correct orthography "coördinate",
wherein the dieresis indicates that the vowel cluster does not produce a
diphthong.

On top of that, these instances are in comments, so they are visible only to
developers.  Were they in documentation, I would happily write "co\[o
ad]rdinate".

I'll bet codespell wouldn't know what to do with that.  ;-)
