Follow-up Comment #6, bug #61302 (project groff):

Hi Branden,

I was confused in thinking just having libuchardet available would be
sufficient for groff to use it, you are correct, I needed to install the devel
package as well. Maybe the message about uchardet could mention it requires
the devel package. 

[root@pip ~]# urpmq -l lib64uchardet-devel 
/usr/include/uchardet
/usr/include/uchardet/uchardet.h
/usr/lib64/libuchardet.a
/usr/lib64/libuchardet.so
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/uchardet.pc


It look like all the problems identified previously are either fixed or have
no detrimental effect.
