Details:
The pic preprocessor allows a pic image to be bookended by .PS and .PE, or by
.PS and .PF (a fact which bug #60504 seeks to make clearer).
Currently -ms supports .PS and .PE as start and end pic markers. It should
also support .PF (presently unclaimed in the -ms macro space).
