    [ms]: Note different \*[CF] default in nroff mode.

    * tmac/groff_ms.7.man (Differences from AT&T ms): Document our different
      default (empty) for the center footer in nroff mode; this behavior
      appears to date back to June 1991 or earlier, drawing few complaints.
