contrib/mm/groff_mm.7.man: missing documentation about an absent
salutation
The case for letter type SP and option SA (salutation) is not
documented,
as the salutation is not output according to the file "m.tmac".
Should explain a part of bug #60373 about missing "Dear Ms Smith" in
the output of the example file.
